Customer service opening hours

You can reach our customer services department at the following times:

Spring season opening hours (mid-January - mid-May)*
Weekdays: 08:30 - 17:00
Saturday: 08.30 - 16:30

Autumn season opening hours (mid-August - mid-December)*
Weekdays: 08:30 - 17:00
Saturday: 08.30 - 16:30

*The seasonal period is dependent on the outdoor temperature (natural developments).


 

 

Outside opening hours

You can reach our customer services department at the following times:

Opening hours between seasons
Mon-Thursday:08:30 - 16:45
Friday: 08:30 - 12.30
Saturday: closed

Outside opening hours you can leave a message on our answering machine. If you leave your name, telephone number and customer number (if you have one), we will call you back as soon as possible. Alternatively, to accommodate fast ordering, we offer an automated system, which allows you to place your order when you know the product numbers you require.

Make sure you have your order number and any customer details at hand when you call, or state these clearly on the reply coupon. This enables us to deal with your questions quickly and effectively.
