Despatch & Delivery

Delivery status via email

As soon as your order has been despatched, our customer services department will notify you via e-mail.
You can follow the progress of your order via Track&Trace . To do this, enter the parcel number (given in the e-mail) next to ‘Barcode' and enter your postcode in the field underneath, then click the orange 'search' button on the right of the page. You can then see where your parcel is at that moment and on which date it will be delivered to you.

If nobody is home

Our carriers are GLS. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a specific delivery day. However, we can put a note on your parcel asking the carriers to leave in a safe place or try a neighbour. We can also arrange for your parcel to be delivered to an alternative address.

Delivery time

The live products you order will be delivered to your home at a suitable time for planting in order to ensure optimum quality. As we aim to deliver the entire order in one parcel, any accessories ordered will be delivered together with the live products.

If you would like your products delivered at a different time, you can indicate your preference on the website when you place your order. We will take your wishes into account, nature permitting.

Transport insurance

You can insure your order against transport damage for only €0.70!

If part of your order is damaged during transport, the damaged products will be replaced free of charge. We will even replace everything free of charge in the unlikely event of your entire order being mislaid.

Postage and packing costs

You will be charged only €6.95 per order for postage and packing. This is a fixed amount, regardless of the size of the order. Any split orders upon request will be handled at the customer's expense.

Eco-friendly packaging

As part of the largest mail order company in Europe, we naturally have a high regard for the environment in the broadest sense of the word. This is reflected in the following policies:

• We use biodegradable materials wherever possible.
• We use only recycled paper and cardboard so that no trees are sacrificed unnecessarily in the manufacture of our packaging.
• We recycle so-called unusable materials to make new packaging.
