Should your order arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please telephone our customer service department on 01 645 5301 within 8 working days from receipt of goods, who will then arrange for a credit, refund or replacement. If we require the product to be returned to us, customer services will arrange for collection at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Live products
It is not always possible to return live products, in view of the nature of these products. Our up to five-year quality guarantee offers you the necessary certainty. Please contact our customer services department for further information.

Substitute items
We aim to provide the best possible service, even in the unforeseen event of a product being sold out. We shall therefore send you a substitute item that is as similar as possible to the item ordered.
